A tool repair service that offers an initial inspection with a quoted repair cost.
The inspection allows our technicians to assess the damage and determine the necessary repairs, which can vary significantly. Once we have a clear idea of what needs to be done, we’ll provide a detailed quote that includes the cost of any necessary OEM parts. If you decide to proceed with the repair, the cost of the inspection is deducted from the total quoted price, providing you with a fair and transparent pricing structure. And by using OEM parts, you can be confident that your tool will function as intended and have a longer lifespan.
Where necessary, recalibration will be included in the repair quotation.
Lithium Battery Policy & Service Notice
Do not send batteries with tools for calibration or repair.
We use controlled in-house battery stock for all testing and calibration.
Batteries are not required and should not be included with shipments.
We reserve the right to suspend service immediately if a tool is received with a damaged, contaminated, swollen, leaking, or otherwise compromised lithium-ion battery.
Any such battery will be classified as hazardous and handled in accordance with this policy.
If a Damaged Battery Is Identified
Where a battery is deemed hazardous:
• £25 disposal charge per battery, or
• Personal collection from our premises (full responsibility and liability transfer upon collection)
Hazardous batteries will not be returned via courier.
If no instruction is received within 7 calendar days, the battery will be disposed of and the applicable charge added to the service invoice.
