Quality Management

A quality management system to BS EN ISO 9001 gives SWA the framework we need to continually and effectively monitor and improve our performance and effectiveness to meet the requirements and expectations of our customers and seek to exceed them in every way that we can. This can only be achieved by operating a comprehensive, co-ordinated quality system which assures the quality of all products and services offered by SWA.

The SWA team are committed to ensuring that we continue to work to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 and that this continues to be the case across the whole company and embrace all of the activities which impact on our customers. SWA continue to recognise that it is vital that we continue to remain committed to ensuring the system effective in achieving quality and satisfying customers not only with their immediate requirements but for the future. To this end, we strive to continually improve upon our services, processes and our quality management system. As part of this philosophy we have set quality objectives across the whole organisation which are measured against and reported upon through the Management Review coupled with regular independent audits to further demonstrate the continued effectiveness of our quality management system.

We continue to develop and acquire products which are effective, safe, reliable with the technical support through product certification and approvals.
